Good day! I was so happy to find your website. I have been trying to research the origin of my family name with little success. All I can locate is that my Great-Great Grandfather (Hermann Cotte) immigrated to the United States in the 30’s. I would love to learn more about the history of my family and one day visit where they came from. Ancestry.com has little to offer me in finding any information prior to the immigration of my Great-Great Grandfather, I was hoping to get more information from you. Thank you!
